How to create a desktop shortcut for fast shutdown, log off, restart?

  hiiiiaahhhhhhh ....
 i`m back .....
  instruction:-

 FOLLOW ME.
1.  click the right mouse  button on the  window-8.1/8/7 desktop 
2. select " new "
3. then select "shortcut" 
 after click on shortcut  the window atomiticly pop up  tht is input box  just filll or copy 
 and paste thtsss code 

%windr%\system32\shutdown.exe /s /t 0

 uh can optionally also use the 
argument "/f"  this will force to close all application.

4. then save the link name as 
"shutdown"

 resatrt ______------ shutdown.exe /r /t 00
